Lynn A. Wollenberg, OD

Lynn Wollenberg, OD was born and raised in Upstate New York. She studied Computer Science at Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA. Dr. Wollenberg then attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and graduated in 1989. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric Association.

Dr. Wollenberg has owned a private practice in Clinton, IL since 1991 and joined Gailey Eye Clinic to see patients on a part-time basis in June of 2017. She is excited to provide care to our Decatur patients including routine eye exams, contact lens services, treatment and management of ocular diseases, and post-operative care.

In her free time, Dr. Wollenberg loves spending time with her husband, four children, and grandchild. She enjoys bike riding, card making, and playing the piano.
