Dr. Hendricks was born and raised in Evansville, IN, and is proud of her Hoosier roots. She attended Indiana University, earning a BS in Vision Sciences in 1984, followed by her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1990. During her externships, Dr. Hendricks developed an interest in geriatric eye care. Her interests include management of eye diseases and injuries, contact lenses of all kinds, pre- and postoperative care, and educating patients on eye health.
Currently residing in Hillsboro, IL, Dr. Hendricks is the proud mother of two grown daughters, Haley and Hannah.
In her spare time, she enjoys travel, attending concerts, and indulging in her passion for cooking and baking.
